Returns & Exchanges

At P.Louise, we want you to be obsessed with your makeup kit; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, swatched, or had their security seals broken.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your products in the original shipping box if possible, including your order note and the Return Authorization code inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package via a tracked courier service to our UK warehouse and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
